1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

This month's entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona time (MST, UTC-7) on October 31, 2026 (the "Entry Period").

4. How to enter

Submit the entry form on this page during the Entry Period with your first name and a valid email address, and check the box to enter the Giveaway and receive LeapsLair marketing emails. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period. A single entry is eligible for every prize. Entries submitted with multiple email addresses by the same person, or by automated means, are void.

Each Entry Period is a separate drawing with a fresh list of entrants. Entries do not carry over from one month to the next: to be eligible for a month's drawing you must submit the entry form during that month's Entry Period, even if you entered in a previous month. Unsubscribing from LeapsLair emails before the drawing removes your entry.

You may also enter without subscribing to marketing email by mailing a postcard with your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and the words "LeapsLair Monthly Giveaway" to the Sponsor address above. Mail-in entries must be received during the Entry Period and count as one entry for that month only.

5. Prizes

Five (5) prizes will be awarded, one per winner:

• Prize 1: one (1) copy of Absolute Batman #24 (DC), Ariel Diaz LeapsLair exclusive Foil cover. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $39.99.
• Prize 2: one (1) copy of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mirage Facsimile #1 (IDW), Freddie Williams II LeapsLair exclusive Virgin cover. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $29.99.
• Prize 3: one (1) copy of Hello Halloween #1, Josh Burns LeapsLair exclusive Glow-in-the-Dark Virgin cover. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $24.99.
• Prize 4: one (1) copy of Exquisite Corpses: Fox Mask Killer #2 (Image), Lip Wei Chang LeapsLair exclusive cover, releasing November 4, 2026 and shipped after its release. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $24.99.
• Prize 5: one (1) copy of Exquisite Corpses: Rascal Randy #2, Bjorn Barends LeapsLair exclusive cover. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $24.99.

Total ARV of all prizes: $144.95. All copies are raw, bagged and boarded; Sponsor chooses the specific copy and grade. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner selection and notification

On or about November 5, 2026, Sponsor will select 5 potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries, assigned to Prizes 1 through 5 in the order drawn. Each entrant may win no more than one (1) prize per drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address on the entry within five (5) days of the drawing and must reply with a valid U.S. shipping address by the claim date stated in the notification, which will be at least seven (7) days after notification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification email is returned as undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes ship at Sponsor's expense to the winner's U.S. address within thirty (30) days after the winner is confirmed.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce each winner's first name, last initial, and state in LeapsLair emails, on this page, and on LeapsLair social accounts, without further compensation. Sponsor will never publish a winner's full name, email address, or street address.

8. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Giveaway and, if you checked the box on the entry form, to send you LeapsLair marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor's privacy policy is at leapslair.com/policies/privacy-policy.

9. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it and select the winners from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Sponsor's total liability is limited to the ARV of the prize at issue.

11. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
