Processing: In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days.

Pre-orders and presales: Pre-order items ship once we receive them from our distributors - generally within 1 to 2 weeks after the release date unless otherwise stated on the listing. Estimated release and shipping dates are subject to change based on publisher or distributor timelines.

CGC 9.8 presale copies ship after grading turnaround - please allow approximately 90 days.

Combined orders: Orders ship once all items are received. In some cases, items may ship separately or be held for combined shipping.

Packaging: All comics are bagged and boarded and shipped securely. We guarantee books will arrive in 9.2 NM- or better condition unless otherwise noted.

Free shipping: Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Carriers: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your tracking has stalled or your package appears lost, contact us and we will help track it down.

Damaged in transit: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery - see our Refund Policy for details.
