Welcome to LeapsLair. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

2. Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Estimated release and shipping dates are subject to change based on publisher or distributor timelines.

Orders will ship once items are received. In some cases, items may ship separately or be held for combined shipping.

3. Condition Guarantee

All comics are bagged and boarded and shipped securely. We guarantee books will arrive in 9.2 NM- or better condition unless otherwise noted.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days for in-stock items.
Pre-orders ship once received, generally within 1 to 2 weeks after release unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on pre-orders.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
