All sales are final. Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Condition guarantee: All comics are bagged and boarded and guaranteed to arrive in 9.2 NM- or better condition unless otherwise noted. Raw (ungraded) books are not guaranteed to grade 9.8 or higher.

Damaged in transit: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.

Wrong item received: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it.
