1. Sponsor

The LeapsLair Exclusives Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by LeapsLair LLC, 35434 W San Sisto Ave, Maricopa, AZ 85138 ("Sponsor"). Questions: leapslair@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins September 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona time (MST, UTC-7) on September 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period").

4. How to enter

Visit this page and submit the entry form with your first name and a valid email address, and check the box to enter the Giveaway and receive LeapsLair marketing emails. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. A single entry is eligible for every prize. Entries submitted with multiple email addresses by the same person, or by automated means, are void. Unsubscribing from LeapsLair emails before the drawing removes your entry; you may re-enter at any time during the Entry Period.

You may also enter without subscribing to marketing email by mailing a postcard with your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and the words "LeapsLair Exclusives Giveaway" to the Sponsor address above. Mail-in entries must be received during the Entry Period.

5. Prizes

Five (5) prizes will be awarded, one per winner:

• Prize 1: one (1) copy of Midnight Spider-Man #1 (Marvel, October 7, 2026), Alan Quah shared-exclusive trade-dress cover. Approximate retail value ("ARV") $29.99.
• Prize 2: one (1) copy of Absolute Cassandra Cain: The Shadow's Hand #1 (DC), Santa Fung LeapsLair exclusive Virgin Foil cover. ARV $34.99.
• Prize 3: one (1) copy of Exquisite Corpses: Fox Mask Killer #1 (Image), Bjorn Barends LeapsLair exclusive Virgin cover. ARV $24.99.
• Prize 4: one (1) copy of Exquisite Corpses: Fox Mask Killer #1 (Image), Lip Wei Chang LeapsLair exclusive Virgin cover. ARV $24.99.
• Prize 5: one (1) copy of Absolute Batman #22 (DC), Marco Mastrazzo LeapsLair exclusive Virgin Foil cover. ARV $34.99.

Total ARV of all prizes: $149.95. All copies are raw, bagged and boarded; Sponsor chooses the specific copy and grade. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner selection and notification

On or about October 1, 2026, Sponsor will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries, assigned to Prizes 1 through 5 in the order drawn. Each entrant may win no more than one (1) prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email at the address on the entry within five (5) days of the drawing and must reply with a valid U.S. shipping address within seven (7) days of the notification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification email is returned as undeliverable, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes ship at Sponsor's expense to the winner's U.S. address within thirty (30) days after the winner is confirmed, or, for Midnight Spider-Man #1, within thirty (30) days after its October 7, 2026 release, whichever is later.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce each winner's first name, last initial, and state in LeapsLair emails and on LeapsLair social accounts, without further compensation.

8. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Giveaway and, if you checked the box on the entry form, to send you LeapsLair marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Sponsor's privacy policy is at leapslair.com/policies/privacy-policy.

9. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it and select the winners from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Sponsor's total liability is limited to the ARV of the prize at issue.

11. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
